Charlie BuxtonFounding CPG in 2014, Charlie is the driving force behind its exceptional growth and direction. Charlie has overall responsibility for the business, including investment decisions and the creation and management of investment vehicles. Since its inception, Charlie has overseen the successful completion of approximately $1.5b worth of transactions and development projects for a diverse range of national and international clients. Prior to starting CPG, Charlie established his real estate career at Melbourne based developer MAB Corporation and global commercial real estate firm CBRE. Charlie holds a Bachelor of Business from Swinburne University. Tony MountTony is responsible for the investment management function of the CPG business, including the establishment, investment and ongoing management of funds and mandates. He has overall responsibility for all aspects of the Fund, including establishing the fund strategy, asset and portfolio management, financing and investor relations and communication. Tony has over 20 years’ experience in the property investment industry and has managed $2billion+ portfolios whilst navigating property cycles and fluctuating market conditions. Tony has previously led the establishment and growth of a national industrial, commercial, and retail portfolios. Tony holds a Bachelor of Business (Property Valuations) from RMIT. Tony is also an Associate of the Australian Property Institute and is a Certified Fund Manager. |
