Amanda is a Director of Gateway Invest Consulting. Amanda has a great depth of experience in the Financial Services industry and was formerly a Divisional Director in the Financial Services Group of Macquarie Group.

Over the last 20 years Amanda has worked with Managed Funds both from Australia and offshore, involved in investment strategy, product development, market research, development of marketing materials and liaison with stakeholders including superannuation funds, asset consultants, research houses, platforms, boutique advisory firms and family offices.

At both JB Were and Macquarie Amanda worked on investing managed investment portfolios of up to $2 Billion in funds under management. She was varyingly responsible for the management of Australian Equities, Cash, Fixed Interest and Property Securities Trusts as well as strategic asset allocation and strategy development for diversified funds.

Amanda has a Bachelor of Science with Honours from Melbourne University and a Diploma in Financial Markets from FINSIA. Amanda is also involved in a voluntary capacity as a member of the Finance Committee at Metropolitan Golf Club and is on the Board of the Sorrento Writers Festival.
